☺Users can click "+/-" tag for interested plant species to get statistics of microsatellite DNAs in corresponding species, such as statistics of microsatellite DNAs and results of different SSR motifs. Except that, users can browse total microsatellite DNAs by clicking "Total entries in A.thaliana" and "gbrowse". 

☺Users can click "<SSRs Details>" tag for interested plant species to get statistics of microsatellite DNAs in corresponding species.

☺This is keyword search panel. In this section, we supplied default parameters for users to understand how to use this panel to search useful microsatellite DNA information. Users can modify the default parameters to instead with them.

☺This is MISAweb functional unit. Users can paste their target genomic sequences to obtain total microsatellite DNAs within them.

☺This is the results panel of MISAweb. After submitted user' target genomic sequences, PMDBase will generate this result panel. From this section, users can download two files including statistics of microsatellite DNAs and total microsatellite DNAs in target genomic sequences.

☺ For 'Download' functional unit, users can get three datasets of microsatellite DNAs including total microsatellite DNA entries, statistics of microsatellite DNAs and total microsatellite DNAs with primers. In this section, users can download these data through single species downloading or bulk downloading.
