SNP have beed identified from genome comparison of sesame variety (Zhongzhi13) and landraces(Mishuozhima and Baizhima). The SNP in collinear regions and effect of the SNP are provided. Please input the linkage group number, start point and end point in the blank respectively.Eg:LG1,1,10000.
